EPG Televison Guide
IPTV Streaming Solutions offers a detailed to the minute Electronic Programming Guide which will provide you with information about current programming. The guide is easy to access and can be customized to sync perfectly with your favorite shows that you choose.
Catch Up Feature
This special feature allows the consumer to go back several days and watch your favorite show. All you have to do is click on the “Catch Up” icon, scroll down to the network that your show was playing on, go to the top of the menu and select the date and a schedule will populate for that day- Click on the show that you want to view and the rest is history.
Multi-Screen Format
This option will give our viewers the ability to watch up to 4 shows at the same time. This application is perfect for the ultimate sports enthusiast.

***Note*** To access 4 channels at once, the subscriber will have to expand their connections from 2 to 4 which cost an additional $10.00 per connection.
Currently, subscribers have the ability to get 2 screens that are included in their monthly service charge.

* How Much WIFI Speed Is Needed To Get A Good Stream? We would recommend 100 MBPS or higher. (In most cities, you should be able to get high speed download (100 MBPS) for around $65-75.00 a month). If you do not know your speed, as you enter the website, there is a built in speed tester which we encourage you to use to check your speed. We recommend that you run it a few times. If your numbers are lower than 50 mbps, we highly recommend that you upgrade your Wifi to a much faster speed.

* What Do You Get For Your Monthly Subscription? You will get your Live TV application, additional applications that will give you access to movies and TV series, media players, a built in speed tester, monthly newsletters, an amazing referral program which could lead you to receive free months of service, and access to our Private Group on Facebook. Our Facebook Group will address many topics and updates, amazing customer service with very quick turnaround and so much more.

* How do apps get updated? Any updates required to an application or installation of a new application will be available in video form posted to our private group on Facebook. If customers are not on Facebook, we can send them the video files directly to their email which can be downloaded and viewed.

* What Equipment Do We Support? We currently support Amazon 4K Firesticks. Older versions that are not 4K will run slow and can cause performance issues.

* Is IPTV Legal? Currently U.S. Law states the following: “It is not illegal to repackage or resell Streaming Services (IPTV). Also, if you are reselling broadcasts that are available online streaming on foreign servers as part of your IPTV packaging, courts have held this would not be a violation of the copyrights law in the US. Sept 21, 2018. Furthermore, as long as you are “streaming” and not “downloading” you are be protected. When people try to download content that is copyright protected, it is considered a violation of the law. We highly encourage people to refrain from doing this as everything is radially available through streaming.

* What Methods of Payment are Accepted? Venmo, Cash App or Pay Pal. (For more information regarding payment, please refer to the “Payment Attachment”.

We do our very best to notify our customers three days prior before your bill is due just as a service reminder.
